Smells peculiar, large capsule, but utterly worthwhile! I have Polycystic ovary syndrome and have discovered that Omega-3s are quite important. I've recently begun taking these alongside a few other supplements, and I can already notice a difference in how my body feels. My bowels are more regular and firm, and I have increased energy. Ineffective treatment
Doesn't work for Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and insomnia. I drink it on the recommendation of a neurologist to improve sleep and a gynaecologist to lower testosterone in PCOS. Despite consuming several packs, I did not notice any improvement.

Lowered inflammation
I need this supplement for Polycystic ovary syndrome. Omega-3 is essential for lowering inflammation, which is common in PCOS. As we age, we must increase Omega-3 for heart health and cholesterol control. I believe the quality of this brand is excellent.
